Role overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the expected technical services on the BeNeLux area. He/She will also manage projects and maintain an excellent relation with the clients.

After receiving training on our products and solutions, primarily based on radio frequency communication and web applications, your main responsibilities will include:

After receiving training on our products and solutions, primarily based on radio frequency communication and web applications, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist the sales teams in constructing our technical offer
- Understand and analyze requirements and propose adapted solutions to meet clients’ expectations
- Manage project from A to Z (coordination meetings with clients, preparation of deployments, material procurement …) ensuring clients satisfaction and project profitability
- Install and configure applications (client/server architecture, SQL database, cloud…)
- Install and configure transmitters and receivers
- Qualify our solutions (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Deliver training to administrator and end-users
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Profile
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree
- Strong experience in deployment and maintenance of technical solutions
- Strong experience in information technology (network, server, database…)
- Proven experience in clients project delivery
- Knowledge of radio communication is a plus
- Knowledge of metrology (calibration…) is a plus
- Knowledge of qualification of material (climatic enclosures, incubators, …) is a plus
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food industries is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch
- Will be often travelling on client sites
- Organized, methodical
