Office Assistant Benelux (f(m/d)

Reception & administration
  • Handling incoming calls and mails
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Handling medical inquiries and adverse drug reaction reports
  • Planning business trips
  • Assist in organizing congresses and events
  • Support to office team for administration, presentations and reporting
  • Assist in fleet management
  • Administrative support to sales team for scientific events
Office management
  • Main point of contact for facility management and maintenance staff
  • Manage office supplies

Professional
  • Completed vocational training e.g. in hospitality management or another service-oriented profession
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, …)
  • Very good command of Dutch, French and English
Personal
  • High level of service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
