Your duties as a Management Assistant will include:




  • Document management and correspondence: Re-reading and finalising letters, reports and memos; managing correspondence and email traffic.

  • Administrative support: Carrying out various administrative follow-up tasks and answering telephone calls.

  • File management: Create and maintain files.

  • Meetings and travel: Organise internal and external meetings and occasional travel.

  • Operational and strategic support: Supporting services with operational work and thinking strategically to improve services.

Profile

What knowledge, experience and competences do you have to offer?




  • You have a bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent (must have).

  • You speak and write very good Dutch and French. You have a working knowledge of English.

  • You are flexible, well organised and able to set priorities. You can work both independently and in a team.

  • You can work well with the usual Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Familiarity with SharePoint is an asset.
