  • Managing and organising the agenda of the directors

  • Responsible for contacts with suppliers

  • First point of contact for clients with questions

  • Administrative management

  • Responsible for the invoicing tasks

  • Various administrative tasks in support of the office

Profile

As a Trilingual Management Assistant you have the following profile:




  • You have a Bachelor's diploma, preferably in an office management

  • You have excellent levels in French and Dutch. Your English is also fluent

  • You already had a similar successful experience

  • You are very organised and have very good communication skills.

  • You are versatile and proactive
