Accountant : Join a Dynamic Team
Position: Accountant
As an Accountant, you will join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing the accounting for the group's three entities. You will work closely with an experienced accountant and under the supervision of an external certified accountant.
Your main responsibilities:
- Invoice Management (AP/AR): Encoding, validating, and following up on supplier and customer invoices.
- Payment Monitoring: Managing banking transactions and tracking payment deadlines.
- Tax Declarations: Preparing and submitting VAT declarations.
- Accounting Closures: Participating in monthly and annual closures in collaboration with the accounting team.
- International Collaboration: Interacting with U.S. teams to manage accounting and administrative aspects of U.S. operations.
- Process Improvement: Proposing improvements to optimize accounting and financial processes.
The profile we are looking for:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in general accounting with a good level of autonomy.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo or another ERP system, as well as Excel tools.
- Personal Qualities: Dynamic, proactive, a team player, and eager to grow within a fast-expanding company.
