Job description
Are you ready to fully utilize your language skills in a dynamic environment? Are you looking for an exciting challenge where no two days are the same? Do you have a passion for precise administration? If your answer to these questions is a resounding “YES,” then you are the perfect addition to the customer-oriented team at Memo!
What does this role entail?
- Answering questions and calls from major clients.
- Scheduling appointments with large banks, transferring calls to social services, and helping people who are locked out of their hotel by checking their booking.
- Working with Memo’s internal system and maintaining the clients’ online calendar.
- Every call presents a new challenge where skills such as listening, note-taking, information transmission, and following instructions are crucial.
Profile

- Excellent communication skills enable you to assist every client in the best possible way.
- A fluent command of Dutch, French, and English is a must.
- Availability from Monday to Sunday and willingness to work in shifts.
- Sociable, empathetic, and always willing to learn.
- An interest in the medical sector is appreciated.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Stress resistance and result orientation are essential in this role.
- As a team player, you are friendly and attentive, and capable of resolving conflicts and tackling challenges related to appointments and planning.
