They provide tailored solutions for buildings based on specific needs and requirements, including design, delivery, and installation of curtain walls, doors & windows, and structural glass assemblies with guaranteed quality and consistency. The company is 100% Belgian and does not engage in import or export. All assembly and fabrication are carried out in-house in their own workshop.

Job description
- Analyzing tender documents to identify technical and commercial requirements.
- Preparing detailed quotations based on customer needs and technical specifications.
- Calculating and processing project files, including cost estimates and pricing calculations.
- Conducting initial technical assessments to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
- Presenting and explaining proposals to clients with a professional and persuasive approach.
- Supporting the Commercial Director with strategic and operational tasks.
- After the onboarding period, acting as the first point of contact for clients and guiding them through the quotation process.
Profile
- Fluency in French and English are essential for effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in cost estimation within the construction sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tender documents and technical project files.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Precise, structured, and able to work independently.
- Eager to learn and willing to take on client interactions over time.
