Job description
Position Overview:The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the social media channels for Lavafields brands (Riviera & Bar, FriFri) and distribution brands (Mill, Bissell). You will liaise with the marketing teams to understand the marketing and promotions calendar, brainstorm content ideas, provide input to the creative production process, post the content, and measure the impact of social media campaigns. As a part of the digital marketing team, you will own paid social media campaigns and be responsible for the impact and ROAS (Return On Ad Spend).Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning:

- Proven Expertise in Social Media Marketing: Demonstrated success in managing social media marketing, particularly within eCommerce environments, showcasing a track record of achieving measurable results.
- In-depth Understanding of B2C Marketing in the Digital Landscape: Extensive experience in B2C marketing within the digital realm, encompassing online intermediaries, advertising strategies, and community-based promotional tactics.
- Platform Proficiency: A strong command of major platforms including Meta (formerly Facebook), YouTube, and Google advertising, coupled with a keen awareness of emerging trends and functionalities within these spaces.
- Bilingual Proficiency and Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and French with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages, enabling effective engagement with diverse audiences.
- Comprehensive Digital Skillset: Proficiency in digital content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and web analytics, empowering strategic content development and optimization strategies.
- Project Management Prowess: Adept at managing projects from inception to completion, displaying initiative, and ensuring successful outcomes through proactive leadership and problem-solving.
