Service & Delivery Coordinator
Job description
1) On a regular monitor & report performance of our support partners and to identify areas for improvement and encourage them to develop solutions.
2)Actively prepare & support our IT ecosystem meetings on a regular basis & run our governance & reporting meetings towards our executives.
3)Support the IT leadership team in developing, visualising, managing projects & kaizens for improvements in Service & delivery for our end users in the future.
4)Support in managing daily escalation with the managed vendors to deliver
5)Actively execute financial tasks in our systems
Monitoring of Service Now & Power BI on all Service Level agreements & implement improvement activity ( i.e. Reduction bouncing incidents)
Plan, Prepare & execute the ECO leaders meeting & our Kansa Kai Governance meeting
JI RA application updated for remote site team activities
Resolution on demand an communicating with teams and users.
All operations related to ORACLE finance system for remote site responsibilities

Profile
You have strong planning, organisation, co-ordination, communication skills & enjoy working as part of a team
You are familiar with Microsoft 0365 applications, Power BI & J IRA applications
You are fluent in English
You have a university or master degree
You have experience (12 Years) in an / working with IT support partners. IT project delivery environment / IT support processes
