Job description
- Develop and implement the Marketing & Sales plans in international markets like China, Japan, North Africa, the Middle East and India.
- Lead commercial activities including business strategy, branding, pricing and sales targets with Sales Managers or agents and distributors.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Breeding, Product Management etc. to ensure seamless service.
- Manage participation in local organizations and seed associations.
- Directly report to the Marketing & Sales Director.

Requirements
- Master's degree.
- Minimum 7 years of international experience in sales in a multicultural environment.
- Solid understanding of agricultural industry.
- Proficiency of English, knowledge of French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work from the HQ in Tienen, Belgium.
