- Telephone support for end users, operators, and technicians.
- First point of contact for issues, questions, or incidents with the devices.
- Precise follow-up times for responses and incident reports.
- Incoming communication, mainly through calls.
- In case of advanced problem, contacting a third line abroad.
- Providing fast, customer-oriented service and remote solutions.
- Answering calls according to established procedures and instructions.
- Providing technical support to both users and technicians using manuals and instructions.
- Daily monitoring of the machine fleet and taking active measures.
- Administrative handling of calls through a ticketing system.
Profiel
- Proficiency in multiple languages: English - French - German Ticket communication is conducted in English.
- Able to patiently communicate with clients and technical support teams.
- Comfortable working in shifts (day or night) and weekends, for extra incentives of course!
