Vinçotte is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Modern Workplace and Cloud engineer (M/F/X) within our ICT department in Vilvoorde. As a Workplace and Cloud engineer (M/F/X) you will be responsible for the management of our modern workplace environment and public cloud within the Microsoft technology stack. In addition, you collaborate on multiple IT projects within your area of expertise and provide operational support on complex matters.
Profiel
- You have experience in workplace administration within Microsoft 365, Azure and affiliated technologies. You have worked with Microsoft Windows 10/11 based environments and leverage automation to manage the modern workplace environment. Conducting zero-touch staging, application packaging & deployments, mass major OS upgrades holds no secrets for you.
- You are experienced in Microsoft 365 technologies like Intune, Defender, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and low-code Power Platform. Knowledge of Apple devices is a plus.
- You are passionate about the Microsoft Azure cloud, and are familiar with Azure Automation, Azure policies, Azure landing zones, Azure networking and Azure DevOps.
- Infrastructure as code like ARM, terraform or BICEP is embedded in your way of working.
- You are accustomed to work in an environment that is organised in accordance with the ITIL and Agile practices.
- You hold a sense of urgency to tackle operational issues that are impacting our business operations. You are service minded and helping others fuels your energy levels.
- You collaborate with the security team to mitigate information security risks and enforce workplace hardening to secure the IT infrastructure landscape. In this regards you have a good understanding what vulnerability management implies for an engineer.
- You develop and maintain our Workplace & Azure level documentation and collaborate to improve the processes, technical guidelines, and procedures.
- You make recommendation for improvement and remain up to date on technological evolutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft?PowerShell?or any other modern scripting language is highly?desirable.?
- Diploma: Bachelor Applied Informatics
- Experience: 3-5 years as a system engineer in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Languages: You speak Dutch or French and you are profound in English
