Within IT&D Division, Infrastructure team is responsible for the management of all IT infrastructure (Computer, Storage, Network, ..) both on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure) across Europe supporting our business applications..
Following technology evolution, recommending proactive, innovative IT solutions in Linux server automation, monitoring, self-healing, security compliance, standards (system software, server infrastructure), … - Take lead for small to medium size projects / activities, identifying the required tasks and execute them.
Technical
Profound knowledge in Linux (Oracle Linux, RHEL), Virtualization platforms (Oracle VM / OL KVM / VMWare), scripting languages (Bash), programming languages (Python), monitoring tools (Grafana, Graphite, collectd, sar), automation tools (SaltStack, Ansible), version control systems (Git), HTTP server (Apache HTTP), Linux hardening, AD integration software (eg SSSD), TCP IP, Network technologies such as DNS, DHCP, Routing, NTP, NFS, ..
- Possess a strong DevOps focus:
Knowledge of setting up a continuous development pipeline, Java application monitoring software, Logging software (elasticsearch, kibana, logstash,…)
- Some knowledge in Cloud providers (AWS), automation tools (Packer), monitoring tools (Prometheus), containers (Docker), backup software, supporting Oracle DB/RAC environments
- Knowledge of web & application servers (eg Jetty) is an asset - You understand the impact of security constraints & tools
- Good documentation skills, problem solving oriented, standardization mentality
