Functieomschrijving
Tenue de la comptabilité générale d'un portefeuille clients (+/- 40 dossiers ISOC principalement)
- Etablissement de situations comptables intermédiaires, reporting
- Etablissement des déclarations fiscales (ISOC & IPP) et des comptes annuels
- Etablissement des déclarations TVA
- Assistance aux contrôles fiscaux
- Gestion des contacts clients, Dans une équipe, vous serez chargé de la gestion et du suivi de dossiers clients. Votre travail consistera à effectuer des opérations comptables et fiscales.
Vos tâches seront entre autres :
Tâches administratives ;
Encodage des documents comptables (achats, ventes, financiers) et des opérations diverses ;
Etablissement des déclarations TVA, relevés intracommunautaires, listing tva, récupération tva étrangère, etc ;
Rédaction de situations intermédiaires ;
Etablissement des clôtures annuelles ;
Rédaction des comptes annuels ;
Etablissement des déclarations fiscales (ISOC & IPP) + annexes ;
Aide à l'élaboration de plans financiers, Afin d'assister pleinement le responsable du cabinet d'expertise comptable, vous prendrez en
charge la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients (PME & indépendants) répartis dans différents
secteurs d'activité.
Vous assurez les tâches classiques d'une fiduciaire telles que :
-l'Encodage des achats, ventes, banques, Od salaires et autres... (compta 2.0)
-La Déclaration de TVA,
-La Clôture annuelle et établissement des bilans pour la BNB.

Manage all Office and Bank Reconciliations
Manage all Client Money Evidences such as Payment to Client and Receipt to Client
Manage all the payments in and out in order to make sure all our banks are reconciled
Liaise with our Senior Accounting & Benefit Officer as well as our Head of Billing, Credit & Collection for all open bank items into our Accounting System
File management responsibilities: Make sure all bank transactions into our accounting system are well filed
Work closely with our Senior Accounting & Benefit Officer and Head of Finance & Benefits
