As a Process Operator you support the daily aseptic production process and perform specific steps in a controlled environment to ensure high-quality therapies for patients.
Our client is a globally renowned biotechnology company committed to treating and ultimately curing life-threatening diseases. Headquartered in Somerset, New Jersey, they develop advanced cell therapies based on a broad range of technology platforms. From its three locations around the world, they apply these innovative technologies to pursue the discovery of safe, effective and advanced therapies for patients worldwide. To continue to conduct this extremely important research, they are looking for new motivated Process Operators for the Zwijnaarde branch (located in the Technology Park)

Description de la fonction
This is the tasks of a Process Operator:
- After extensive training in aseptic/GMP working and the procedures to be followed, you will join the dynamic Legend Biotech Operations Team.
- Together with your fellow operators and team leaders, you will support the daily aseptic and manual production process according to strictly defined actions and standard procedures.
- You will perform certain production process steps within a grade A/B/C/D environment, such as spiking, media refreshment, cell culture, freezing of the therapeutic product.
- You will help ensure that our patients can start their therapy on time with a high-quality product.
Profil
This is the profile of a Process Operator:
- You have a bachelors degree from a scientific study.
- You speak fluent English (company language), knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- You have an affinity with biotech and would like to learn more about it.
- You can carefully follow procedures.
- You are open to training on how to work in a lab.
- You are open to working in shifts as well as sporadically on weekends
