Werkvoorbereider
Job description
- Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, plannen en opvolgen van onderhoudswerken of technische projecten. Hierdoor kunnen de werken volgens de geldende procedures verlopen en kan het productieproces vlot verlopen. In het kort zorg je voor een goede planning, dat er voldoende en bekwaam personeel inzetbaar is en dat alle materialen ingekocht worden
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige resources uit logistiek en aankoop (vb. de nodige technische wisselstukken) tijdig vrijgemaakt of besteld kunnen worden. Vervolgens plan je de onderhoudswerken samen met de plannings- en productieverantwoordelijke, zodat deze binnen het gewenste tijdsschema afgewerkt kunnen worden
- Je beheert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en volgt zowel interne als externe medewerkers op, opdat alles op een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve manier verloopt
- Je handelt de werkdossiers administratief af, maakt werkorders in het CRM systeem aan en rapporteert intern.
Profile
- Goede elektrische OF mechanische kennis? Check!
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van motoren en elektrische componenten…
- OF je kan een preventief onderhoud plannen en uitvoeren
- Je beschikt over een uitgebreide hydraulische en pneumatische kennis, en je kan deze ook delen met collega’s
- Kan je werken met Autocad of Inventor? Dan is dat een absolute plus!
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
