Warehouse Operator Laboratory

You will be responsible for the logistics processes supporting the company's research lab. You ensure the smooth intake and dispatch of lab samples and oversee their complete registration.

Our client is a globally renowned biotechnology company dedicated to treating and ultimately curing life-threatening diseases. Through innovative research techniques and cell therapy, they have made significant advancements in the medical field.

As a fast-growing company with multiple locations worldwide, they have recently opened a brand-new facility in Zwijnaarde. To maintain an efficient logistics flow, they are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator.

This is the job description of a warehouse operator:

• Unloading and registering incoming goods, such as blood bags and viral vectors.


• Placing goods in designated locations for smooth processing to the lab.


• Monitoring inventory and verifying logistics documents.


• Assisting in quality control of received goods.


• Processing all data in SAP to ensure accurate administrative records.

This is the profile of a Warehouse Operator:

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.


• A high school diploma (A2) is required; a degree in a scientific field is a plus but not mandatory.


• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills and accuracy in documentation.


• Able to work independently and in a team, handling multiple tasks and setting priorities in a dynamic environment.
