Job description

Ben jij gepassioneerd door sales en telecom? Als Shop Executive speel jij een sleutelrol in het succes van onze winkel! Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het verkopen van Telecomproducten en -diensten, met als doel zowel je persoonlijke verkoopdoelen als de teamdoelstellingen te behalen. Daarnaast ben jij het gezicht van onze Care diensten en zorg je voor een klantbeleving die de verwachtingen overtreft.



Jouw dag als Shop Executive:




  • Verkoop van Telecomproducten en -diensten: Jij zet je in om de verkoopdoelen te behalen en overtreft de verwachtingen van klanten.

  • Samenwerken aan teamdoelstellingen: Je werkt actief mee om zowel de individuele als de teamverkoop- en klanttevredenheidsdoelen te realiseren.

  • Focus op resultaat: Door je kennis, vaardigheden en gepaste houding draag jij bij aan zowel de kwantitatieve als kwalitatieve doelstellingen van de winkel.

  • Naleving van processen en procedures: Je volgt nauwgezet de vastgestelde processen, procedures en werkmethoden, zodat alles soepel verloopt.

  • Winkelpresentatie: Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel altijd netjes, georganiseerd en aantrekkelijk is voor klanten, volgens de richtlijnen van het bedrijf.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: Jij kunt vlot en zelfverzekerd communiceren, zowel in het Nederlands als in andere talen (Engels/Frans is een plus).

  • Commercieel ingesteld: Jij leeft voor sales en hebt een passie voor klantenservice. Klanttevredenheid staat bij jou altijd op de eerste plaats.

  • Stressbestendig: Je blijft kalm en efficiënt, zelfs in drukke periodes zoals de solden of de kerstdrukte.

  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht: Jij wacht niet af, maar zoekt actief naar de beste oplossingen voor zowel klanten als het team.
