Job description
As a Compliance Project Manager IT, you will have to:
- Perform assessment of equipment “OS obsolescence” in CMC Dev.
- Evaluate cyber risk and define remediation plan with system owner.
- Create, complete and maintain cyber tracker for CMC Dev.
- Drive and follow-up Cyber Security Project status for Project Management (OMP).
- Project Management support for compliance topics.
- Drive meetings to support Project.
- Update documents (sops, process, assessment, slides …) identified in project.
- Good knowledge qualification and validation process, IT compliance, GMP knowledge, data Integrity principles.
- Drive remediation plan, coordinate and finalize actions.
- Drive dashboard for core team for Dev entities.
- Interaction transversal entities (IT, Manufacturing, biological, chemical, QA, outsourcing Lead …).
Profile
- Master/Bachelor in Biology, chemical or IT
- Min 2-3 years’ experience required in Cyber security and IT compliance/validation
- Experience in project Management and compliance
- Experience in qualification / validation process
- Experience in Data integrity concept and quality system
- Key technical backgrounds: small molecule chromatography (HPLC/UHPLC/GC) and detection techniques (UV/Vis, MS), electrophorese, USP/EP Pharmacopoeias, RMN, …
- Language skills: English: able to read/write scientific documents & French: fluent
