Administrative Assistant

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Accounts Receivable Management
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable tasks;
    • Handle cash allocations, direct debits, and payments;
    • Work closely with Portfolio Management, Trade Finance, and other teams to address requests;
    • Manage contracts, invoices, and troubleshoot issues;
    • Meet deadlines for monthly closings and projects;
    • Perform monthly reconciliations and provide required reports;
    • Ensure all activities follow company policies;
    • Prepare for audits with necessary documentation;
    • Present performance data in regular meetings with stakeholders;
    • Support the Commercial Lending team in collections and managing overdue accounts.
  • Business Support
    • Work daily with SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI and RPA to streamline processes and enhance reporting;
    • Identify and implement process improvements;
    • Suggest efficiency enhancements;
    • Train dealers to use our Dealer Portal effectively;
    • Share system and process knowledge with the team.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively;
    • Maintain good cooperation with dealers, customers, and internal teams.

Profile

Do you see yourself in the following profile?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or similar through experience;
  • Experience with SAP is helpful;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of (at least) one additional European language is a plus;

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach;
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines;
