As a Digital Financial Product Specialist your responsibilities are :

• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.


• Define and evolve the functionality of our new digital banking platform.


• Collaborate with specialist functions within the Bank and the Group.


• Enhance the digital customer journey and improve financial products, and services functionalities.


• Define the end-to-end customer journey and designing a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy.


• Provide clients with financial advice and solutions that suit their needs.


• Maintain and update knowledge of the financial services industry.


• Design and implement new products and services for our customer base.


• Manage digital platform functionalities to serve leads and prospect clients.


• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

A successful Digital Financial Product Specialist should have:

• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.


• Proficient understanding of the Financial Services industry.


• Previous experience with digitization and/or multichannel offerings.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.


• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.


• An experience in Luxembourg or Belgium and willing to relocate to Luxembourg.


• Excellent knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages like Italian or Flemish is a plus.
