Job description

Als sales engineer ben je het contactpunt voor de verkoop van nieuwe liftprojecten voor de regio Limburg.
Bij deze uitdagende rol mag je volgend takenpakket verwachten:

  • Dagelijks werken aan het uitbouwen van nieuwe & het behouden van bestaande klantenrelaties in de bouwsector gaande van architecten, bouwpromotoren tot contacten bij studiebureaus, etc (20%);
  • Opvolgen van actieve leads en het inplannen van plaatsbezoeken;
  • Uitwerken van een voorstel dat technisch haalbaar is en voldoet aan de eisen van de klant. Door jouw onderhandelingstechnieken kan je deze opgemaakte offerte ook effectief omzetten in een contract (80%);
  • Na ondertekening van het contract, zorg je voor een vlekkeloze overdracht van het dossier naar de projectleider en/of andere interne diensten;
  • Tot slot speel je ook in op mogelijke opportuniteiten om de naambekendheid te vergroten en neem je deel aan beurzen en events.

In deze functie werk je regelmatig vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen, het merendeel van je klanten bevinden zich in de provincie Limburg.

Profile

  • Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (of een gelijkwaardige ervaring);
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector;
  • Eerste ervaring in een (technische) sales rol;
  • Commerciële skills en een klantgerichte mindset;
  • Sterke kennis van het Nederlands, je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels indien nodig;
  • Je vindt vlot je weg in het MS Office pakket en leert snel online tools aan;
  • Rijbewijs B om je vlot te kunnen verplaatsen naar jouw klanten regio Limburg en het hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen.
