Teamleader
Job description
Als teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele coördinatie van projecten, van planning tot uitvoering.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en bewaken van capaciteitsplanning en optimale inzet van medewerkers en middelen.
- Horizontaal aansturen van twee multidisciplinaire teams vanuit een matrixstructuur: Project Managers en Project Planners.
- Faciliteren van operationele vergaderingen en coördineren van projectactiviteiten in samenwerking met Team Coaches en Regional Managers.
- Genereren van periodieke rapportages omtrent projectvoortgang, KPI’s en resourceplanning.
- Toezien op uniforme werkwijzen binnen projectmanagement en documenteren van wijzigingen, risico’s en oplossingen.
- Rapporteren aan het senior management over operationele prestaties en strategische doelrealisatie.
Profile
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Sterke organisatie- en planningsvaardigheden.
- Proactief, probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht.
- Bewezen vaardigheden in projectmanagement met zo'n 5 jaar ervaring in project- of operationeel management.
- Kennis van ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Navision en Ortec.
- In het bezit van een masterdiploma.
