Job description
- Technical Design Authority
- evaluate the impact of the designs and demands on our Datacenter Services, translate these into technical specs and take necessary actions
- make sure that the infra-components in scope are delivered in time and with highest quality
- As Service Owner supporting day-to-day operational activities for:
- Windows servers and system-services, including Citrix
- UNIX/Linux servers and system-services
- Act as Level 3 coordinator and troubleshooter for a variety of functional and technical issues and assist in managing the solutions together with
- internal support (a.o. Scheduling, Security, Enterprise Architecture and Application)
