Responsibilities for the Customer Service role include:
- Processing customer orders in Oracle
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers.
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and orders to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
- Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile
Qualifications required for the Customer Service position:
- Minimum first experience in a customer service role .
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are a big plus ( Dutch and/or German preferred)
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are a belgian resident and have a valid work permit to work here.
- You are able to work in the office Zaventem minimum 4 days per week, 1 day home office is possible.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
