Job description
Je beheert telefonisch een portfolio van bestaande klanten.
Je analyseert je klantenportefeuille en identificeert kansen om het marktaandeel te vergroten door middel van:
UpsellingCross-SellingJe adviseert klanten zo goed mogelijk op basis van je begrip van hun behoeften en verwachtingen, ook met het oog op klantbehoud.Je zorgt voor een correcte en vlotte communicatie tussen de klant en de verschillende interne afdelingen.
Profile
Het liefst heb je een eerste ervaring in B2B-verkoop op afstand.
Je beheerst Microsoft Office-softwaretools en hebt een goed begrip van software (CRM).
Je beheerst zowel Frans als Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Je bent dynamisch, enthousiast, communicatief en empathisch.
Je houdt ervan om te adviseren en te overtuigen.
Je bent resultaatgericht en in staat om kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve doelstellingen te volgen en te bereiken.
Je bent in staat om je tijd te beheren en prioriteiten te stellen.
Je houdt van nieuwe technologieën en uitdagingen.
