Your role:
As a Sales Advisor for Used Cars, your main responsibility will be:
- Selling pre-owned vehicles to private customers, both online and in the showroom.
- Actively follow up on leads
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring their satisfaction
- Guide prospects throughout their buying journey
- Represent the brand in the showroom, at events, and on social media
- Direct interested customers to our online sales platform and follow up closely
- Ensure the showroom is always in order, with clean vehicles, well-presented and properly informed
- Regularly update information on the online sales platform
- Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers when necessary
Profile
Your profile:
- Passion for the automotive industry
- Strong results-driven attitude, proactive, and ready to seize every opportunity
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing stress effectively
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with basic English skills
