Your duties as a Management Assistant will include:
- Document management and correspondence: Re-reading and finalising letters, reports and memos; managing correspondence and email traffic.
- Administrative support: Carrying out various administrative follow-up tasks and answering telephone calls.
- File management: Create and maintain files.
- Meetings and travel: Organise internal and external meetings and occasional travel.
- Operational and strategic support: Supporting services with operational work and thinking strategically to improve services.
Profile
What knowledge, experience and competences do you have to offer?
- You have a bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent (must have).
- You speak and write very good Dutch and French. You have a working knowledge of English.
- You are flexible, well organised and able to set priorities. You can work both independently and in a team.
- You can work well with the usual Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with SharePoint is an asset.
