Job description
Wil jij werken bij de marktleider in brandveiligheid en beveiliging in België? Dan zit je goed bij onze klant. Zij bieden innovatieve oplossingen, telkens met best-in-class producten. Of het nu gaat over brand- of gasdetectie, toegangscontrole, camerabewaking, inbraakdetectie, security of beheerssystemen.
Welke uitdaging bieden we jou aan?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, inplannen en opvolgen van installatie- en onderhoudsactiviteiten bij klanten.
- Hiervoor werk je in het hoofdkantoor te Roeselare en/of in de vestiging te Merelbeke, je kan ook 1 dag per week van thuis uit werken.
- Dit omvat:
- Het instaan voor dagelijkse planning van de toegewezen techniekers om een optimale planning te kunnen realiseren: aanmaak, opvolging en inplannen van de service orders binnen de verwachte termijn van de indienststelling, uitbreiding of onderhoud, rekening houdend met de beschikbaarheden binnen het team.
- Administratieve en organisatorische opvolging van dossiers (check -in@work, regelen van hoogtewerker, verzorgen van attesten, ... ).
- Het instaan voor telefonische dienstverlening aan klanten.
Profile
- Enthousiasme en gedrevenheid met een duidelijke passie voor nauwkeurig en detailgericht werken. Bovendien ben je communicatief en een absolute teamplayer!
- Je bent een zelfstandige werker en stelt graag de klanten tevreden.
- Je houdt ervan om problemen te analyseren en tot mogelijke oplossingen te komen.
- Je werkt vlot met de PC: MS Office, kennis NAV is een leuk pluspunt maar zeker geen must.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en je kan je behelpen in het Frans.
- Je behaalde bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma of beschikt reeds over enige relevante ervaring.
- Je kan je vlot verplaatsen naar ons kantoor in Roeselare en/of Merelbeke
