Paralegal (m/f/x) - Brussels
Job description
As Paralegal, your tasks will be to:
- Support the legal team of your assigned department (e.g. Corporte Law, IP, Competition, M&A...)
- Help with the preparation, reviewing & organization of legal documents & contracts
- Conduct legal research and draft conclusions & advises
- Follow-up legal publications and stay up to date
- Translations
- Provide legal input for articles, presentations, newsletters etc.
Profile
- Professional fluency in Dutch & English, with a good basic level in French
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in law
- Proactive, eager to learn, motivated
- Organized, efficient and meticulous approach
- Youappreciate to work in a team butalso on yourown
- You have a "can-do" mindset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
