Operations WIP Lead
Job description
What are you going to do - You take the lead of an operations shift, i.e. you determine the priorities and ensure that they are included in your shift. You take proactive actions so that the continuity of the processes in the clean room is guaranteed.
- You will play an exemplary role in terms of teamwork, safety, quality and volume.
- You regularly check whether the work is carried out according to the agreed working methods and make adjustments if necessary.
- You keep your finger on the pulse with regard to short-term questions that customers ask the clean room and ensure that these are included in the planning and implementation in a smooth manner.
- If required, you escalate to the operations area team lead.
- You give input regarding the performance of your team members to the operations area team lead.
- You inspire, motivate and coach your team in the pursuit of a higher level of competence.
- You will support the operations area team lead and engineering in carrying out improvement processes.
- You will work together with your fellow WiP leads to tackle the work in the clean room in a uniform way and together you will be responsible for achieving the required operations KPIs.
- You see opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and raise them in various forums.
- In addition, you will work operationally in the clean room and you will be involved in the process of lottery.

- You follow up closely and make adjustments if necessary.
- You will work in the operations fully continuous shift system including night and weekend work.
- The international environment requires a fluent knowledge of English.
