Job description
Voor een innovatief verhuurbedrijf in Schelle is Unique op zoek naar een enthousiaste Operations Manager. Heb jij al leidinggevende werkervaring en ben je vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Frans? Dan is deze uitdagende functie jou op het lijf geschreven!
Als Operations Manager ben jij het kloppend hart van de vestiging in Schelle. Je stuurt een team aan van 3 bedienden en 4 arbeiders en hebt een sleutelrol in het commerciële succes.
Wat mag je verwachten?
Dagelijkse leiding: Jij bepaalt mee de koers van het filiaal en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
Veelzijdigheid troef: Van deskundig advies tot het coördineren van ontwerp-, transport- en montageprocessen – jij regelt het allemaal.
Sterke klantrelaties: Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten en vertaalt deze naar duurzame samenwerkingen.
Communicatief talent: Als bruggenbouwer verbind je moeiteloos verschillende stakeholders.
Inspirerend leiderschap: Dankzij jouw technische knowhow en people skills til je het team én het bedrijf naar een hoger niveau.

Profile
Wat maakt jou de ideale Operations Manager?
Technisch sterk: Je hebt ervaring op zak binnen een technische werkomgeving (bv. Bouwsector) waar je jouw stempel mee op projecten hebt kunnen drukken.
- People management ervaring is een must!
- Communicatief talent: Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans vloeiend en schakelt moeiteloos tussen teams en klanten.
- Commercieel talent – Je houdt ervan om dagdagelijks met klanten in contact te staan én te onderhandelen over projecten.
- Administratieve precisie: Je volgt processen nauwkeurig op en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt.
- Strategisch inzicht: Je rapporteert helder, denkt actief mee over oplossingen en bent een echte voortrekker bij nieuwe projecten.
