Operations Engineer at Nallian, you will be part of the operations team to help ensure the reliability and performance of our SAAS platform. Your role will blend operational support with internal IT responsibilities, including second-line support for our applications and hardware (second-line technical customer issues, laptop and account maintenance, peripherals, etc.). Your Key Responsibilities Platform Support & Operations: - You monitor and maintain our cloud-based platform to ensure smooth performance.
- You help manage operational tickets by logging, prioritizing, and tracking issues until resolution.
- You support deployments and updates across development, staging, and production environments under the guidance of senior team members.
- You contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying potential enhancements in operations and our support workflows.
Internal IT & Second-Line Support: - You provide second-line support for internal applications, such as troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless user experiences, and escalation to senior colleagues or development teams as needed.
- You offer hardware support for internal devices, including laptop setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Documentation & Collaboration: - You assist in creating and updating technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases.
- You work closely with various teams (development, business analysts, customer support) to ensure alignment and rapid issue resolution.
- You participate in regular team meetings to share insights, progress, and improvement ideas.
