Magotteaux is strengthening its market intelligence expertise by creating this strategic position. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst & Coordinator for our site in Vaux-sous-Chèvremont (Liège, Belgium).



Senior Marketing Analyst & Coordinator

Job description

As a Senior Marketing Analyst & Coordinator, you will structure and enhance trend analysis, customer insights, and decision-making across the Group.


Your responsibilities focus on three key areas:


#1 – Market analysis & competitive intelligence



  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of market trends and competition.

  • Identify development and expansion opportunities.

  • Consolidate and interpret data from internal and external sources.

  • Present strategic intelligence reports to senior management.


#2 - Customer insights & data-driven strategy



  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through studies and surveys (NPS, Voice of Customer).

  • Drive the evolution and adoption of the CRM (Salesforce) and structure customer data.

  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to integrate insights into commercial strategies.


#3 – Project coordination & cross-functional leadership



  • Propose and structure Go-To-Market strategies and new business models in collaboration with Sales Managers and Product Line Leaders.

  • Manage agile, cross-functional marketing projects.

  • Guide and support team members in analytical and strategic tasks.


This role involves occasional travel.


Team


You will join a team of three professionals (Communication Manager, Business Analyst, and Group Strategic Marketing Manager). Collaboration is a key value within the team.


You will report to Christoph Koch, Group Strategic Marketing Manager, who maintains a close relationship with his team through weekly one-on-one meetings, fostering trust and development. He values active participation and involves his team in strategic discussions, encouraging collective decision-making.


Profile

Technical skills & experience



  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, strategic consulting, or strategic marketing within a B2B industrial environment.

  • Excellent command of CRM tools (Salesforce), AI-driven research, data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel), and competitive intelligence tools.

  • C1 level English (the working language of the company); French or any other language is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Natural leadership and excellent interpersonal skills to interact with key stakeholders (internal & external).

  • Proactive and assertive approach to gathering relevant information.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategic arguments effectively.
