Product Owner (O2C) - International Company - Belgium
Job description
As part of a major digital transformation, our client is optimizing its Cash-to-Order process using Salesforce. Your role as Product Owner will be crucial in defining and delivering an efficient, scalable, and business-aligned solution.
Profile
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to the Cash-to-Order process
- Define and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
- Write user stories and ensure functional alignment
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business teams, and IT stakeholders
- Ensure integration with finance, sales, and CRM systems
- Support change management and user adoption
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
