Management Assistant

Job description

Are you passionate about efficiency and organisation? We are seeking a proactive professional to execute a variety of administrative and organisational tasks that are crucial to the success of our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide management support and handle general office and secretarial tasks (e.g., office supplies, copier maintenance).
  • Organise and coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, events, and team activities.
  • Take meeting minutes (fluent English required).
  • Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, archiving, invoice processing, and supporting colleagues.
  • Assist with D365 F&O tasks in sales/purchase administration and update manuals/forms.
  • Verify incoming invoices and prepare reports, highlighting issues to management.
  • Act as Export Control representative (audits, training, compliance).
  • Drive improvements in organisational efficiency.

Profile

  • Bachelor level.
  • Fluent Dutch and English. French is a bonus.
  • Experience in management assistance and administration context
  • Organisational talent
  •  Type writing skills
  • Independent worker who can function well in a team
  • Good computer skills. Minded to digitalization and automation. Good operating knowledge of Excel. Experience in working with an ERP, especially in D365 F&O is an asset.
  • Customer satisfaction minded, attention to detail, improvement attitude, professional communicating skills
