Responsibilities:
- Provide management support and handle general office and secretarial tasks (e.g., office supplies, copier maintenance).
- Organise and coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, events, and team activities.
- Take meeting minutes (fluent English required).
- Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, archiving, invoice processing, and supporting colleagues.
- Assist with D365 F&O tasks in sales/purchase administration and update manuals/forms.
- Verify incoming invoices and prepare reports, highlighting issues to management.
- Act as Export Control representative (audits, training, compliance).
- Drive improvements in organisational efficiency.
