As a Management Assistant you ensure the efficient operation of the department and its team members by handling administrative and organizational tasks. You will join a team of Management Assistants and contribute by helping to manage additional workload.

The assigment:

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and providing reminders for upcoming events
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Assistance
  • Travel Arrangements 
  • Office Management: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the office environment is efficient and well-organised

Profile

  • Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Experience in office management and travel arrangements
