Today we are looking for a Microsoft 365 System Engineer / administrator
General Description
A Microsoft 365 System Engineer with a focus on security is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure Microsoft 365 environment within P&V Group. This role involves ensuring the security, availability, and performance of Microsoft 365 services, with a strong emphasis on automation. The engineer will work in an environment with strong focus on a people-centric approach to support and collaboration.
Profile
Technical Skills Must Have:
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 services, including user and license management, security and compliance settings, and service health monitoring.
- Security and Compliance: Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, such as data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Exchange Online: Experience with configuring and managing Exchange Online, including mail flow, mailbox management, and security policies.
- SharePoint Online: Knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, including site creation, permissions management, and content management.
- Teams Administration: Ability to manage Microsoft Teams, including team creation, policies, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
- PowerShell Scripting: Proficiency in using PowerShell for automation and management tasks within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Cloud Security: Experience with cloud security principles and best practices, including identity and access management (IAM) and encryption.
- Third-Line Support: Resolving third-line issues to provide maximum user support and ensure IT infrastructure availability.
- Procedure Development and Maintenance: Developing and maintaining procedures and programs for first and second-line support to ensure consistent use of system software.
Nice to Have:
- OneDrive for Business: Experience with OneDrive for Business administration and troubleshooting.
- Azure Active Directory: Knowledge of Azure AD, including user and group management, and integration with on-premises Active Directory.
- Intune: Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management and mobile application management.
- Third-Party Integrations: Understanding of integrating third-party applications with Microsoft 365 services.
- Networking Fundamentals: Basic understanding of networking concepts and how they relate to cloud services.
Soft Skills Must Have:
- Communication and Reporting: Providing necessary information and reports to facilitate quality and service level monitoring.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are fluent in English and /or French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other language.
