At the Service & Infrastructure (SIN) department, we maintain and manage IT infrastructure, IT & data platforms, software pipelines and IT processes. As well as this, we play a major role in enterprise architecture.



As our Policy Advisor, you strengthen the Policy & Cross Unit team within SIN. This is a new team, one established to respond to changes and challenges. You work on change related to new external regulations and internal developments. You focus on developing processes, coordinating actions and taking on the SPOC role for sourcing targets, budgets and vendor management.

Job description


  • You commit to achieving our sourcing targets, such as creating a balance between internals and externals, and nearshoring. By synchronising with other IT departments and the CRO, you bring the organisation in line with these targets. Whenever sourcing processes change, you take care of all necessary updates.

  • You watch over the annual budgeting via internal IT ASC, regularly performing the necessary updates. Checks with other IT departments and the CRO are an important part of the job here too.

  • We work together with a great number of vendors. Some provide us with several services that are crucial for our operations. From your expertise, you take a central role in SPOC for vendor management. You help to make sure of a precise application of our vendor management policy through which we meet the strict external regulations governing the area.
