As part of a new European commercial organization, Magotteaux is creating a strategic position of Regional Sales Manager, with a flexible location anywhere in Europe.
Regional Sales Manager
Job description
As Regional Sales Manager, you will cover Eastern Europe and drive Magotteaux’s growth in new markets. Your mission? Carry the Group’s ambition, lead an experienced team of 5 Account Managers, and expand into new territories with a resolutely development-oriented approach.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and lead the commercial strategy
You will develop the sales strategy for your region aligned with the Group’s goals, with a focus on market conquest. You identify growth drivers and adapt your action plan to win new markets.
- Lead, inspire, and grow your team
You support your Account Managers in the field, lead by example, foster skill development, and drive a culture of prospecting and collective performance.
- Develop a high-potential client portfolio
You actively identify and prospect new clients, particularly in the mining, cement, aggregates, or recycling sectors.
- Structure commercial activities and manage performance
You set clear and motivating goals, oversee the implementation of account plans, ensure the quality of proposals, and structure reporting processes.
- Be a key player within the Magotteaux organization
As a Magotteaux ambassador both internally and externally, you represent your team within European management, contribute to strategic thinking, and share insights from the field.
This role involves approximately 50% travel to your key clients and prospects.
Team
You will lead a team of 5 experienced Account Managers, whose knowledge of Magotteaux is a major asset. You report to Diego Celedon, Sales Director Europe & North Africa.
Profile
Your technical skills and experience
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering (an MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial environment, with team management experience.
- Solid network in one of the following sectors: mining, cement, aggregates, recycling, or heavy industry.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Excellent command of English and French (any other language is a plus).
