Our client is a well-established asset management firm specializing in Luxembourg-based funds. They provide a comprehensive range of financial services and support to their clients while creating a positive and collaborative workplace for their employees.
Junior Fund Accountant
Job description
- Assist with bookkeeping under Luxembourg GAAP.
- Support the annual statutory reporting process and audits.
- Help prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Prepare budgets and assist with quarterly forecasts.
- Coordinate with finance teams in London and the fund administration team.
- Process invoices, payments, and GPS calculations.
- Assist with liquidity modeling, cash reconciliations, and VAT analysis.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Profile
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience working with SPV's.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are an advantage.
