Our client, is looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to strengthen their IT team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for IT-related questions and technical support. - Act as the first point of contact for IT-related questions from stores, the head office, and the logistics center.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and telephony issues, documenting resolutions in the service desk system.
- Register and manage first- and second-line incidents, escalating complex issues to specialists when necessary.
- Install and configure hardware and software, onboard new users, and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain and update hardware/software inventories, manage user accounts, access rights, printers, and mailboxes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a retail or dynamic service environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues in an understandable way.
- Willingness to work during business hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call Saturdays.
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
- Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (basic VMware knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID and managing O365 accounts.
- Basic networking knowledge, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Hands-on experience with computer and printer installation/configuration.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus.
