Our client is a leader in the Belgian insurance corporate market, with a complex landscape of processes and applications. They have a P&C Corporate Operations team responsible for providing and supporting the front-end applications that manage corporate contracts (car fleets, workers' compensation, ten-year building guarantees, etc.).
They are looking for a IT Project Manager within the P&C Corporate Servicing team.

Job description
- Structure and actively organize IT projects related to the organization's applications.
- Define project scope with key stakeholders, identify solutions, establish an implementation plan, and determine necessary resources and budget, maintaining a high-level perspective.
- Coordinate, organize, and monitor project activities based on priorities, team competencies, and client needs.
- Advise and support project team members to ensure high-performing collaboration.
- Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously (small and medium scale).
- Maintain an overview of the project, report on progress, and communicate updates to various stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, encountered challenges, decisions made, and necessary actions while keeping documentation comprehensive and up to date.
Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Team-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English, with a good understanding of the second national language.
