Ben jij een administratief talent met commerciële feeling? Werk je graag in een ondersteunende rol binnen een dynamisch team? Dan is deze functie als Inside Sales Assistant iets voor jou!
Wat ga je doen?
Als Inside Sales Assistant speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze commerciële afdeling. Je bent de spilfiguur tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Concreet zal je:
- Offertes opmaken en opvolgen
- Klantenfiches en tarieven beheren
- Informatieaanvragen (telefonisch en per e-mail) behandelen
- De Accountmanagers ondersteunen en rapporteren aan de Sales Service Manager
- Contractuele verbintenissen en offertes opvolgen en de juiste info doorgeven aan andere afdelingen
Profile
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een commerciële omgeving is een troef
- Klantgericht en communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Goede luistervaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
- Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met collega’s
- Administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en in staat om zelfstandig te denken en multitasken
- Goede kennis van MS Office
Offer
- Lange termijn functie met vast contract na een interim periode
- Telewerk mogelijk (2 dagen per week)
- Competitief loon: €3.053,89 bruto/maand (klasse 4 bediende)
- Maaltijdcheques van €7 per gewerkte dag
