As Interim Business Applications Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Act as IT Business Partner and trusted advisor for the Marketing and Commercial (Sales & Service) functions;
- Manage IT applications throughout their full lifecycle, from the gathering of business requirements to managing the delivery and adoption of new functionalities/applications, through to retirement;
- Lead and develop a small team of IT Systems Analysts; provide guidance and technical support;
- Manage external partners (software vendors and service providers), budgets and contracts.

The requested qualifications for this interim Business Applications Manager position include:
- Extensive experience with and in-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform (including Pardot, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Knowledge) and wider ecosystem (e.g. PDF Butler, Gearset);
- Strong business process knowledge in the areas of marketing, sales and service, preferably from an international B2B environment;
- Experience with customer portal solutions is a plus;
- People and stakeholder management
