Job description
Freelance Project Planner
Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, costs, and risks.
Use capacity management tools (Planisware & Qlik) to forecast resource needs and identify bottlenecks.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on key milestones, risks, and deviations.
Manage change requests and assess their impact on project schedules and budgets.
Conduct "What if" scenario analyses to anticipate challenges and develop contingency strategies.
Profile
Freelance Project Planner
Experience in CAPEX project planning within an industrial environment, ideally pharmaceutical.
Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Planisware.
Knowledge of the DCMA 14-Point assessment and buffer management techniques.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in progress tracking tools.
Ability to lead planning sessions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
