Test Analyst
Job description
As a Test Analyst Manager – Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of IT products supporting our client's networks.
You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance processes and toolkits used by Network Planning, Network Control, and Airline functions.
This position is part of our client's Global Network Ops Programs which drives safe, standardized, and cost-efficient operations through continuous IT transformation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SMEs on all aspects of testing, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Import and manage requirements within the test management tool.
- Conduct and support gap analysis of requirements.
- Develop and support the creation of test cases and test scripts.
- Assist User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams in test execution, defect logging, and reporting.
- Promote best practices in testing across various programs.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of test processes.
Profile
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of test management tools and software testing methodologies.
- Experience working in a complex IT transformation environment.
- Ability to analyze requirements, create test cases, and drive continuous improvements in testing processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and SMEs.
