Job description
They are looking for a versatile IT employee to strengthen our IT team. Broad knowledge and experience are key in this role. As a generalist, you will be responsible for daily support and assistance to our staff, support for Dynamics 365, and managing small IT projects.
Profile
- Knowledge of M365, AD, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge and experience with (cyber)security solutions.
- Basic knowledge of networking and infrastructure.
- Ability to log, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and French.
- Experience in IT support and coordination.
- You are customer-oriented, patient, and an excellent communicator.
- Interest in technological trends and developments.
- You serve as the main point of contact for your colleagues for all hardware- and software-related questions.
- You identify recurring issues and collaborate with your team and IT manager to find possible solutions.
- Bilingual FR/NL.
