Payroll Expert, you are the go-to person for complex payroll issues, keeping up with the latest legislation and leading improvement projects. You also actively participate in all related initiatives.

What will you do? Under the guidance of the Operational Lead, you will be responsible for:
- providing expertise on payroll, time tracking, and post-payroll processes
- monitoring legislative and sectoral changes and translating them into concrete actions
- optimizing payroll and time tracking systems, coordinating the testing of new functionalities
- initiating improvements to enhance efficiency within the team
- creating and maintaining essential documentation
- preparing and supporting internal and external payroll audits
- building and sharing knowledge on international employment topics
- acting as a point of contact for external partners such as the social security office and payroll agencies
