As a Team Lead Payroll Services, you play a key role in motivating, organizing, and developing your team. Working closely with the content lead, you ensure payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. In a company undergoing transformation, you make a real impact by guiding your team through change, supporting them with coaching, training, and clear structures.

What will you do?
- organize, plan, and manage the daily operations of a team of payroll officers
- coach, motivate, and evaluate your team, offering support in challenging situations
- set up and coordinate training programs for both new and experienced colleagues
- ensure the correct application and monitoring of payroll and administrative processes
- keep documentation and procedures up to date and ensure their active use
- identify and implement improvements and optimizations within the team
- lead internal and external communication on payroll-related topics
Profile
What do you bring?

- 5 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role within payroll
- strong knowledge of payroll and willingness to master SAP HR
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- excellent communication and empathy skills
- ability to motivate, guide, and structure, including handling difficult conversations
- a team-oriented and open mindset with strong analytical and administrative skills
- accuracy, structure, and attention to detail
- good command of Dutch and French
